1. Return Window
We accept return and exchange requests for apparel and accessories within 7 days from the date of product delivery.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following strict conditions:

Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged (e.g., free of stains, sweat, detergent, or body odor).

Original Packaging: The product must be returned in its original outer packaging and inner polybag (where applicable), which must be intact.

Tags and Labels: All original price tags, brand labels, and quality seals must be intact and attached to the item.

Reason: Returns are accepted only for the following reasons:

Defective or Damaged Product upon delivery.

Wrong Item Shipped (e.g., incorrect color, style, or size than ordered).

Size Issue: The size delivered is significantly different from the size chart provided on the product page. Please refer to our size chart carefully before ordering to avoid size-related returns.

3. Exchanges (Size)
If you require an exchange for a size issue, we will facilitate a one-time exchange for a different size of the same product and design, provided the requested size is in stock and the returned item meets all eligibility criteria above.
4. Refund Processing and Charges

Inspection: All returned items are subject to a thorough Quality Check (QC) upon reaching our warehouse.

Approval: Refunds are processed only after the returned item passes the QC check. If the item is received torn, soiled, used, or without original tags/packaging, the return will be rejected, and no refund will be issued. The item may be reshipped to the customer at their expense.

Refund Amount: The refund will be credited back to your original payment method. Please allow 7-10 working days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Return To Origin (RTO) Charges: If an order is canceled after dispatch, rejected at the time of delivery, or returned for reasons other than our fault (e.g., wrong address provided by the customer), an RTO charge (Return Shipping/Handling Fee, typically ₹30 to ₹100, or the actual shipping cost incurred) will be deducted from your total refund amount.
5. Malpractice Clause (Restriction of Service)
We reserve the right to investigate any instance of suspected fraud or return/refund malpractice (e.g., repeated fraudulent return claims, intentional damage to goods). In the event of such a finding, we may, at our sole discretion, restrict or terminate your future use of our platform and Services to ensure the safety and fairness of our e-commerce environment for all customers.
