Order Processing & Shipping

  • Processing Time: All orders are handled within [1-3] business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a separate shipment confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

  • Transit Time: This is the time it takes for the carrier to deliver your package after it leaves our warehouse.

    • Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

    • Public Holidays can occur delays.
    • All Natural Calamities, civic and administration disturbances are out of our scope. Might effect if any.

Damages, Loss, or Delays

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

  • If you believe your package is lost, please contact us immediately so we can assist with the carrier investigation.
